Dr. Carly Rose
Optometrist
Dr. Carly Rose is a distinguished optometrist who has owned and operated Eyecare on the Square, a private practice in Mariemont, Ohio for over five years. This is where the idea of a specialized dry eye clinic first started to take shape.
Her unwavering dedication to understanding the complex disease of dry eye, as well as investing in cutting-edge research has earned her widespread recognition in the industry as a leader in dry eye diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Rose’s passion for dry eye research stemmed from observing the increasing number of patients with this painful and life-changing condition, as well as suffering from the disease as a dry eye patient herself. She has made it her mission to provide the most effective and advanced treatments available, and her patients have benefited greatly from her expertise.
Dr. Rose is a native of the Greater Cincinnati area, and she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Kentucky University. After graduating, she pursued her optometry studies in Chicago and completed a year-long residency at the Cincinnati VAMC Eye Clinic. Her commitment to excellence and patient care led her to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Rose is a member of several prestigious optometric associations, including the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Rose also earned recognition as one of Newsweek’s America’s Best Eye Doctors for the year 2022.
Between patient care and operating two outstanding private practices, Dr. Rose also lectures on the many facets of dry eye to colleagues around the globe. She is a key opinion leader for many revolutionary technology and pharmaceutical industries, as well as sits on various medical advisory boards nationally and locally.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Rose is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring new culinary experiences. Her passion for the diverse cuisines of Chicago inspired her to immerse herself in the city’s vibrant food scene during her years of study there. Since moving back to Cincinnati in 2013, she has continued to explore the city through a tourist lens, adventuring through the scenic local outdoors, historical tours, and wonderful arts Ohio has to offer between her daughter’s busy sports schedule!
Alyssa Ancipink Burt
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Alyssa is a highly qualified and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University, followed by a Masters in Nursing from the same institution. Initially, Alyssa worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care before finding her true calling in the aesthetic industry in 2019.
Alyssa is deeply passionate about the art of aesthetics and is committed to building long-lasting relationships with her clients. She strives to inspire confidence in her clients while prioritizing natural-looking results. Alyssa firmly believes that feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin can significantly enhance your overall wellbeing and quality of life.
With her extensive medical and aesthetic background, Alyssa brings a unique perspective to her practice. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their desired results through customized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Alyssa’s ultimate goal is to ensure that her clients leave feeling and looking their best. When Alyssa isn’t working, she is spending time with her Husband Jon and their daughter Stella. She also loves traveling, a good red wine, home decor, and college football (GO BUCKEYES).
Dr. Katelyn Fleischman
Resident
Dr. Katelyn (Katey) Fleischman hails from Hilliard, Ohio, a suburban area near Columbus, where she was born and raised. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and graduated with honors from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. To further her expertise in myopia control and dry eye treatment, Dr. Fleischman dedicated a year to a residency at Eyecare On The Square and Clear Eyes and Aesthetics.
Beyond her commitment to patient care, Dr. Fleischman finds joy in various activities. She is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly fond of soccer. Exploring new destinations through travel and savoring the delights of local coffee shops are among her other cherished pastimes.

A life-changing accident during her youth affected the skin on her face, sparking her interest in skincare from a medical perspective. After a successful career in marketing, Ann decided to pursue her passion for helping others feel great about their skin and themselves as a whole.
Ann is thrilled by the constant advancements in the medical and technological aspects of the skincare industry. As a self-proclaimed ingredient stickler, she is mindful of the fact that what we put on our skin eventually enters our body. For Ann, effective skincare is about achieving a level of comfort and confidence in one’s own skin.
